Wow, fantastic episode. You DO have a lot of good nuggets in there although not all of it applies to me personally. I haven’t pushed out any babies, but I do want to feel gooder!
Two things you said. What if you made fitness more mindful? And, it’s only through acceptance that change can happen. This lines up with my thinking and experience quite well. They also go hand in hand.
Thank you! I love that you want to feel gooder, and babies are definitely not a requirement for that! I have this belief that working out or being more active is something you can enjoy so much that it never feels like working out! (i.e. do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life) Thanks for the listen!
