Here I talk about well-being and the many ways I’m working on becoming more mindful and less fly-off-the-rails. I also dispense a healthy dose of what I’ve learned as a personal trainer for the last 15 years—from the wildly successful stories to the down-and-out face plants—and how to create more “healthy” in your life. I do my best to steer away from sounding like an annoying cheerleader.
The weekly Mindfully Yours Podcast cocktail mixer. BYOB! This weekly mixer is entertaining, conversational, and relatable as hell. It includes real stories about my life as a personal trainer, wellness coach, and mindfulness junkie—you’ll be sure to walk away with a glass full of ideas to marinate your olives in. (You’re gorgeous and amazing in case no one has told you lately ❤️!) We’re ready to feel good in every facet of life and hang up the need to fit the outdated mold of what healthy should look like. We’re ready to age fiercely.2
